Job summary

Mr Clutch Autocentres is expanding its mobile support team and seeks experienced vehicle technicians to travel across regional branches. Roles include diagnosing faults, servicing vehicles to company standards, and delivering excellent customer service, with a strong emphasis on mobility and flexibility across locations.

Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience and be willing to travel; DVSA MOT duties may apply for licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel to various branches within a specific region.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the company image as a brand ambassador.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain company housekeeping standards.
• Repair and service motor vehicles to company standards safely and efficiently.
• Test and diagnose faults and provide written reports on defects.
• Conduct MOTs in line with DVSA guidelines when licensed (if applicable).
