Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:

1. Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns and diagnose issues
2. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road; otherwise, ensuring the vehicle goes back to the workshop
3. Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues
4. Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics
5. Providing exceptional customer service

Mobile Vehicle Technician Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; ideally looking for level 3
2. Must hold a full UK driving licence
