Mobile Vehicle Technician - Derby

Location: This position covers the Derby area, with a geographical area based from your residence.

Salary: £35,000 basic, with overtime earning potential up to £55,000 annually.

Hours: Varying shift patterns from Monday to Sunday, totaling 40 hours. Earliest start at 6am and latest finish at 12am. Overtime is plentiful and paid at time and a half.

Role Responsibilities:

• Attend breakdowns to diagnose issues, working closely with the breakdown team. Aim to repair on-site or arrange vehicle recovery to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics.
• Represent the company as a professional first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician; Level 2 or experienced candidates can discuss options.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.
• Have comprehensive technical experience, including maintenance, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
