What will I be doing?

• Communicator: Diagnosing issues and explaining solutions clearly to customers, ensuring they feel safe and cared for.
• Self-starter: Working independently or with a team, traveling to various locations in all weather conditions, handling a variety of appointments and breakdowns.
• Fixer/Problem Solver: Using your technical skills to resolve vehicle issues quickly, whether roadside or at appointments, helping customers get back on the road.
• Representing the UK’s largest motoring organisation as a friendly, reliable face, ready for any challenge and ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction.

What do I need?
