Location: Newbury area
Salary: £38,625 basic OTE £48,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturday's. 40-hour contract.

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician Role:

• Working closely with the breakdown team, you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road; otherwise, making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
• Mobile Vehicle Technicians / Roadside Technicians are the face of the business, so it's important you deliver exceptional customer service.

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician Requirements:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• A customer-focused approach
• A full UK driving licence
