The role of a Service, Maintenance, and Repair Technician is multifaceted and impactful, and due to a successful year, we are expanding the team. You will be the friendly face providing first-class service and repair work, whether at customers’ workplaces or homes.

As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, complete service inspections, handle breakdowns, provide on-the-spot repairs, and keep things running smoothly. What will I be doing?

• Communicating effectively: Diagnosing issues and explaining them clearly to customers, ensuring they feel confident and cared for
• Being a self-starter: Working independently or within a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions, handling a variety of appointment-based work and breakdowns
• Fixing problems: Using your technical skills to resolve vehicle issues promptly, whether roadside or at appointments, helping customers get back on the road
• Representing the UK’s largest motoring organisation: Being friendly, adaptable, and ready for anything to assist members and ensure their day keeps moving

What do I need?

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
