Mobile Vehicle Technician

Enjoy work-life balance with weekday shifts covering hours between 8am and 8pm, with overtime available at the end of your shift and on Saturdays.
Base Salary: GBP 40,750. This includes a location allowance based on your home address postcode.
The role of a Service, Maintenance, and Repair Technician is multifaceted and impactful. Due to a successful year, we are expanding the team. You will be the friendly face providing first-class service and repair work, whether at customers' workplaces or their homes.
As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, complete service inspections, handle breakdowns, provide on-the-spot repairs, and ensure smooth operations. What will I be doing?
You'll be:
A communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by sharing knowledge clearly and ensuring they feel confident their needs are cared for.
A self-starter: Thrive working independently or in a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions. No two days are the same, with appointment-based work and breakdowns.
A fixer/problem solver: Use your technical skills to resolve a variety of issues, from roadside repairs to attending scheduled appointments, enabling customers to carry on with their day.

What do I need?
You'll need:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
A full Category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
Flexibility to work hours that may include evenings.
