Job summary

UK Wide Recovery Business is seeking Mobile Vehicle Technicians in the London area to handle electrical and diagnostic breakdowns on the go. The role starts from your nearest parts provider and ends when you return home, with compensation for your daily commute.

Experience in electrical and diagnostic work is valued; a full UK driving licence and a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) are required, along with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Electrical and diagnostic experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service mobile breakdowns with a focus on electrical and diagnostic issues.
• Operate as Mobile Vehicle Technician starting from designated parts provider and ending at home; paid for travel.
• Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex faults.

We are currently working with a UK Wide Recovery Business who are seeking Mobile Vehicle Technicians to join their team.

Location: Hillingdon and Surrounds

Salary: £45,370 basic with OTE of up to £57,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to bolster their experience without the humdrum of working in a garage environment. The working day for the Mobile Vehicle Technician will start from your nearest designated parts provider and end when you return home, meaning you get paid for your daily commute!

We are looking to hear from Vehicle Technicians who are experienced in Technical, electrical and diagnostics. Due to the nature of this Mobile Vehicle Technician role, you will see a diverse range of breakdowns and technical issues, so it is essential that you are clued up on these elements.

Requirements:

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Anything upwards from a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
• A customer centric approach.
• Electrical and diagnostic experience would be an advantageous but not essential
