Overview

As part of our market‑leading Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) team, you'll carry out high‑quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs at customers' homes or workplaces. The work is hands‑on and varied – no two days are the same – and you'll be the hero who keeps our customers moving.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and vehicle checks. You’ll be trusted to make quick, informed decisions on the road and take pride in delivering top‑quality work and the peace of mind our customers expect from the RAC.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years fully qualified, hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary
