Job summary

Perfect Placement seeks a Mobile Vehicle Technician to work in the Hull and surrounding area. You will travel from a parts supplier to customer sites, diagnosing and repairing a broad range of faults while delivering excellent service.

As an independent field role, you will enjoy varied technical challenges, strong problem-solving, and a company vehicle provided. A full UK driving licence and 3+ years post-qualification experience are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent as a minimum.
• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Attend a wide range of vehicle faults and repairs while providing excellent customer service.
• Work independently from the nearest parts supplier and return home, meaning your commute is included in the working day.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of vehicle faults and adapt to different technical challenges.

We are currently working with a nationwide roadside assistance and vehicle repair provider who are looking to recruit Mobile Vehicle Technicians to join their growing team. Location: Hull and Surrounding Areas Salary: £40178 basic salary, with OTE of up to £52000 per annumThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a varied role outside of the traditional workshop environment. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll work independently, attending a wide range of vehicle faults and repairs while providing excellent customer service. Your day will begin from your nearest designated parts supplier and finish when you return home, meaning your commute is included as part of your working day.

We are keen to speak with Vehicle Technicians who have strong mechanical knowledge and experience diagnosing and resolving vehicle faults. This role is ideal for a Vehicle Technician who enjoys working independently and tackling a variety of technical challenges. Due to the varied nature of the role, you'll encounter a wide range of technical issues, making problem-solving skills and adaptability key.

Requirements:
