What will I be doing?

You’ll be:

• A communicator: Diagnosing issues and explaining to customers in an understandable way, ensuring they feel cared for.
• A self-starter: Working independently or in teams, driving to various locations in all weather conditions, handling a variety of appointments and breakdowns.
• A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve vehicle issues, whether roadside or at appointments, helping customers continue their day.
• Being the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organization, ready for anything, providing support anytime, anywhere, in any weather, and building customer confidence.

What do I need?

You’ll need:

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
