Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: You will have a geographical area based from where you live so this isn't crucial. This opportunity is covering the Cheltenham/Gloucester area.
Salary: £48,720 basic plus overtime (Paid at time and a half which is £35 per hour). Overall earnings can be as high as £58,000 depending on how much time overtime you're willing to do.
Hours: 40 hour working week in shifts between Monday and Sunday with the earliest start time 6am and latest finish time 2am. Rota is posted 14 days prior to shifts taking place, these can change with up to 72 hours notice.

Mobile Vehicle Technician role:

1. Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have.
2. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
3. Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
4. Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
5. Mobile Vehicle Technicians / Roadside Technicians are the face of the business so it's important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.

Mobile Vehicle Technician requirements:

1. We are ideally looking for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician; if you are level 2 or time served we can discuss options.
2. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
3. Have strong all-round technical experience - maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
