Overview

Vehicle Mechanic – Mobile

Location: Islington, Holloway

Salary: £43,625 basic (inclusive of London Weighting) OTE £52,000+

Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays

Ref: 28161

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns as part of the breakdown team and diagnose issues on-site, with the aim of getting the vehicle back on the road or, if needed, returning it to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on the vehicle’s issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics.
• Represent the company with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service as a Mobile/Roadside Technician.

Requirements

• A Level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent (experienced Level 2 may be considered).
• Demonstrated technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
