What You'll Be Doing

This is a permanent role based in Pinner, Ruislip, Uxbridge, Northolt, Hayes, Southall, Greenford, Ealing, Acton, Stanmore, Edgware, Harrow, Wembley, Willesden, Harlesden, Finchley, Golders Green, Wood Green, North Finchley, Tottenham, Islington, Edmonton, Whetstone, Enfield, Barnet, Northwood.

You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity for overtime, which you can choose.

We will provide you with a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues such as fuel problems, tyre repairs or replacements, and battery replacements. You will carry a full kit on board to help get their vehicles back on the road, providing reassurance and technical support to ensure they can continue their journeys without further interruptions.

What You'll Need

• To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
• A current Category B driving licence is necessary
• NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is preferred
• Demonstrate empathy and a desire to achieve the correct outcome
• Experience in the Motor Repair industry
• Experience of lone working (desirable)
• Utilise and apply up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
• Display and utilise best practice and first-class Health & Safety behaviours
• Collaborate with dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey
• Use self-initiative
