Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Fitter - Temp to Perm

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour (salary uplift once permanent)

Start Date: Immediate available

About the Role

Driver Hire is recruiting mobile vehicle fitters for our client based in Redditch. Join a well-established vehicle conversion business to fit out and convert commercial vehicles, delivering them to customers.

Skills / Qualifications

• Carpentry skills
• Mechanical experience (e.g., working with cars/machines)
• Electrical wiring knowledge of vans (advantage, not essential)
• Experience with hand and power tools
• DIY-minded
• Motivated, enthusiastic, focused, hardworking, with a keen eye for detail
• Pride in your work
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexible with working hours
• Full clean driving license; over 25 years of age for insurance purposes

This is a temp-to-perm role, with a full contract after 13 weeks and a pay increase.
