Job summary

L&Q is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician UPVC Carpenter to join our Reactive Maintenance Team in North London. The role covers internal/external window repairs, glazing, doors, lock refits, and carpentry tasks with a van provided for travel from home base.

You will work across the North London region (Hackney, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Barnet, Enfield) and potentially beyond. The position offers permanent, full-time hours and a route to enhanced service delivery with strong

Qualifications

• Sound working trade knowledge and experience.
• Experience gained within a Maintenance, site and/or Housing environment.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Right first-time approach.
• Health and Safety Conscious.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Wide range of Multi trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with internal/external window repairs including glazing and door/refits.
• Carry out carpentry tasks as part of repairs.
• Operate across North London and wider region as required.
• Use company van for travel to job locations.
• Deliver a right first-time service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support out-of-hours work and callouts when required.
