NHS Jobs in Leicester is seeking a dedicated transport and clinical support assistant to move portable ultrasound scanners between practices and assist Sonographers during clinics.

You will help with patient care, equipment handling, chaperone duties, room setup and cleaning, and ensure stock levels and compliance with health and safety, data protection and confidentiality policies. A friendly, team‑oriented approach is essential.

Responsabilidades

• To be responsible for transporting the portable ultrasound scanner and equipment from practice to practice as required ready for the start of the clinical session.
• A car is essential for this role.
• To carry out patient care duties and to assist Sonographers and act as a Chaperone during the clinics, including use of IT equipment.
• Providing aftercare for patients following scanning procedures.
• To assist the sonographer in cleaning requirements as required.
• Ensure that clinic rooms are clean and put back to how the room was at the start of the clinic.
• To adhere to company policy and procedures in terms of health and safety, data protection and confidentiality.
• To maintain an inventory of clinical disposables and replenish as required in conjunction with Clinic Manager.
