Job summary

Keys Group is seeking Engage Tutors to provide targeted one-to-one support to vulnerable young people, helping them build resilience, reduce risk, and re-engage with education. Flexible 0-hour employed or self-employed contracts require a minimum of 2 days per week and a valid UK driving licence to travel locally.

Ideal candidates will have experience with at-risk youth, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to complete professional reports. GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Ability to complete professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one interventions in community and educational settings.
• Support young people to develop confidence, resilience and positive behaviours.
• Deliver sessions on healthy relationships, online safety and exploitation awareness.
• Build strong relationships with families and young people.
• Promote emotional regulation and safe decision-making.
• Complete reporting and maintain accurate records.
• Assist young people to re-engage with education.
• Travel locally to deliver sessions.
