Key Recruitment Ltd. represents a client in the South East UK seeking an experienced mobile BMS service engineer. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage time effectively while supporting junior engineers and the office.

You will liaise with site engineers, contract managers, and respond to reactive calls, completing reports and surveys. A valid driving licence and interest in energy management are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical plant knowledge.
• Excellent electrical knowledge.
• Excellent BMS knowledge.
• Experience with Trend BMS (or similar).
• Full clean driving licence.
• Interest in energy management.
• Experience on second system.
• Keen on integration of different systems.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with site engineers or maintenance teams.
• Liaise closely with contract manager.
• Complete reactive calls and service/call out reports.
• Carry out surveys.
• Support junior engineers and office function.
• Mobile servicing across sites.
