Job summary

A global real estate services company in London is looking for a Mobile Technician. Responsibilities include carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring a safe working environment, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Key Tasks:

  1. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Assist with the monitoring and control of subcontract service providers.
  2. Identify any defects/faults and report to the helpdesk along with resolution requirements. Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk/contract support team within set SLA/KPI timescales. Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times.
  3. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with CBRE employees and clients’ representatives. Ensure a Safe & Healthy working environment. Comply with and record keep for CBRE ISO 9002, 18001, and 14001 Management Systems, including statutory compliance logs. Update the Help Desk and PPM systems via written and verbal communication to ensure work records are current.
  4. Maintain professional and technical skills through ongoing personal development and lifelong learning.
  5. Provide operational support across the portfolio when required.
  6. Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Person Specification:

  1. Educated to a minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent, preferably in a mechanical/plumbing discipline.
  2. Completion of a recognized technical training scheme.
  3. Apprenticeship or equivalent program.
