Base salary of £25,000, with the potential to earn up to £30,000 with On Target Earnings. You will help us achieve our vision, driven to be a key player in moving our business forward with your natural ability to engage the team, inspire, and ensure our customers choose the bed that suits them best!

The Role - Store Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our retail team. Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our vision, leading by example to engage, inspire, and advise customers to find their perfect bed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are maintained.
• Ensuring adequate staffing, resources, and products; driving sales; controlling costs; and protecting profit. Leading by example to meet sales targets, coaching your team, and motivating on business objectives.
• Utilizing our SleepPRO technology to help customers select the right mattress, ensuring a perfect night's sleep and building rapport to advise on sleep wellness.
• Guiding customers through the sales process, completing order paperwork and credit agreements (full training provided).

You will work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. We provide extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed and progress your career.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped individual commission paid monthly once sales targets are met. On target earnings are approximately £30,000, with no upper earning limit.

Our busiest times include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be expected to work some of these hours, but we prioritize work-life balance.

The role involves moving products and some cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
