Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is hiring two Mobile Specialist Cleaners to support a major UK retail portfolio across the East Midlands and surrounding areas. The roles are based from Northampton with a 90-minute radius, and you’ll be assigned to one territory (Peterborough or Northampton).

Salary is £32,250 per year with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone provided. Full-time, permanent, with training and potential IPAF qualifications.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in specialist cleaning and high/low level cleaning.
• IT-literate with comfort using mobile/PDA tech.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high and low-level cleaning across sites.
• Perform specialist external cleaning including window cleaning and pressure washing.
• Complete planned cleaning tasks to specifications and timescales.
• Respond to reactive cleaning requirements when needed.
• Work safely at height with appropriate equipment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and perform basic servicing.
• Use company PDA/mobile apps to log reports and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with clients and store teams.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety procedures.
