Job description

Role Title: Mobile Smart Repair Technician (Diamond Cut Wheels)

Salary: £35,000-£42,500 dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm

Location: Southampton area

Supreme Wheels is a specialist alloy wheel refurbishment company based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. Due to ongoing expansion and workload, we are seeking to recruit additional staff.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobile repair technician to join our growing team in the Southampton area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Represent our team with high passion for customer service
  2. Collaborate with the planning team on daily logistics
  3. Carry out painted and diamond cut repairs on alloys
  4. Perform quality checks
  5. Use initiative to resolve difficult situations
  6. Manage stock levels
  7. Document work logs
  8. Maintain the company van and report defects
  9. Adhere to health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Full clean UK driving licence for at least 3 years
  2. Experience in smart repairs, either in a bodyshop or mobile
  3. Previous experience removing and refitting wheels
  4. Experience with wet paint and lacquer
  5. Lathe experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
  6. Great attention to detail
  7. Ability to meet daily deadlines
