Role Location and Hours

Based in Llanfoist, Monmouthshire

  • Working hours: 07:30 to 16:00 with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Working days: Sunday to Thursday
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy mobile plant (telehandler) at waste transfer stations. Previous experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
  • Provide excellent customer service, advising and assisting the public on site usage to maximize material recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of material removal from the site.
  • Manage container exchanges by booking loads with relevant personnel to ensure proper site storage and segregation.
  • Keep the site tidy within your designated areas.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the role.
Requirements

Enthusiastic team player with a good level of customer service. Prior mobile plant experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Flexibility to cover holiday and sick days is advantageous.
