We're looking for someone who knows their way around maintenance and repairs, and is comfortable using the tools and equipment that come with the job. It's important that you’ve got a good grasp of Health and Safety rules and have some background in caretaking or a similar role. Plus, you should be tech-savvy enough to handle basic gadgets like iPads, smartphones, and emails for reporting. Experience in keeping an eye on contractors' work and giving them feedback is a big plus. And of course, you’ve got to be great at managing your time and sticking to procedures and instructions.

Joining our team means enjoying the freedom of working independently, making positive changes in the lives of our customers. You'll have the flexibility of traveling around, never stuck in one place or the same office. Every day brings new challenges, and you'll be responsible for everything in your area, providing tenants with a familiar face to rely on for assistance.

This position is for 28 hours per week over four 7-hour days, with essential working days on Monday and Friday. Flexible working hours of 7 hours per day are between 08:30 and 18:30.

If you're passionate about making a difference in your community and have the skills and experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you. Interviews will be held in Clifton, Nottingham on August 11, 2025.
