Wernick Hire is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to maintain our Cabin, Modular and welfare fleet on customer sites across the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform mechanical and electrical repairs, and work with a first‑time fix mindset to minimise callouts.

The role is client-facing, requiring a neat appearance, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training and progression opportunities are provided, with a company van and competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required or highly desirable.
• Presentable with excellent customer service attitude.
• Skills in plumbing, joinery and electrics (handyman capability) are preferred.
• A full driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Cabin, Modular and welfare fleet mechanically and electrically.
• Assist installation/dismantle works on site as required, including staircases and link units.
• Identify faults on customer sites and perform repairs with a first‑time fix mindset.
