Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Mobile Service Technician for field-based work covering Romford, Hornchurch, Dagenham and surrounding areas. You will service, diagnose, and repair a range of adapted and special purpose vehicles, traveling to customers in a fully equipped company van with a fuel card.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and a progression path within a nationwide service network. A UK driving licence and strong diagnostic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Level2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience servicing and repairing vehicles to a high standard.
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair adapted and special purpose vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out vehicle inspections to VOSA standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards.

Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + bonus –OTE £46,000+ Company Van + fuel card

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm – no weekends!

This is a field-based position where you'll travel to customers' homes and workplaces, carrying out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a range of specialist vehicles.

You’ll be provided with a fully equipped company van and fuel card for business use, allowing you to deliver first-classservice across your designated area.
