This is an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Service Engineer to join the team at Nationwide Platforms.

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you'll visit various customer sites within West London and surrounding areas, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and inspections on powered access machines to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
• Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
• Completing all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
• Refurbishing equipment and products where necessary.
• Promoting teamwork across depots to ensure effective workshop performance.
• Estimating and advising on repair costs, and providing recommendations regarding damage, write-offs, and recharges to customers.
• Ensuring the van is always stocked with spare parts.
• Maintaining and updating service records and daily worksheets.
• Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines at work.
• Following damage processes and highlighting product damage.
• Maximizing productivity in line with company targets.
• Representing the company professionally and maintaining a positive image.
• Leading safety initiatives such as ‘Your Safety is our Priority’.
• Performing other duties as required.

About you:

• Relevant maintenance qualification and experience in the plant rental sector preferred.
• Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and understanding of excellent customer service.
