This is an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Service Engineer to join the team at Nationwide Platforms.

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you'll visit various customer sites within the Leeds area, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our powered access machines to a high standard.

This is a fantastic chance to use your engineering skills in a varied role and join the UK market leader in powered access.

Responsibilities include:

• Fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment within the depot and on customer sites.
• Routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
• Completing all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
• Refurbishment of equipment and products where necessary.
• Promoting teamwork across depots to ensure effective workshop performance.
• Liaising with team members to estimate and advise on repair costs, damage, and recharges to customers.
• Ensuring the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
• Maintaining and updating service records and daily worksheets.
• Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
• Following damage procedures and highlighting product damage.
• Maximizing productivity in line with company targets.
• Representing the company professionally to customers and stakeholders.
• Leading safety initiatives under ‘Your Safety is our Priority’.
• Performing other tasks as required.

About you:

• Relevant maintenance qualification and experience in plant rental sector preferred.
• Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service understanding.
