Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering London and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. The role involves preventive maintenance, reactive call-outs with on-call incentives, and contributing to continuous improvement with cost estimates for enhancements.

The ideal candidate is a qualified electrician with experience in BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara, and HVAC knowledge in commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician.
• Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
• Knowledge and experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components across sites.
• Reactive Calls: responding to breakdowns on a reactive call-out rota with on-call benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: compiling reports and cost estimates for system enhancements to improve performance and energy efficiency.

Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering London and the surrounding areas on a full time basis.

Key activities

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong. This role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.
• Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency. This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates & quotes for system enhancements.
