40 hours per week, working between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, including alternate weekends (paid breaks)
We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to join our team to provide a warm welcome to all visitors. Your interpersonal skills will be essential in assisting residents, relatives, and supporting your team.
The Senior Administrator manages the administration team and oversees the administrative functions of the care home. You will ensure excellent customer care, handle visitor greeting and escorting, conduct viewings, manage telephone and email inquiries, and perform general office duties. Additionally, you will carry out financial management, basic recruitment administration, maintain contact with other departments, and handle client admission and occupancy records. Support to the Home Manager in administrative tasks is also part of the role.
Previous experience in supervising a team and a proven track record in administration and reception are essential. You should demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to person-centered care. Literacy and numeracy skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to work in a busy environment, prioritize tasks, and be flexible and approachable is vital.
Essential requirement: Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
