Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting a Security Mobile Response Officer to operate from East Peckham, Kent. The role covers rapid response to alarms, site patrols, and lock/unlock services, with a company vehicle provided.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared for a rolling shift pattern that includes weekends and bank holidays. An SIA licence or willingness to obtain one is required, along with strong customer service and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• A full clean valid UK driving licence is required.
• Use of a personal vehicle to travel to and from the office.

• SIA licence or willingness to undertake the necessary training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm activations and provide mobile security coverage.
• Patrol, lock/unlock customer premises per contract requirements.
• Operate a company vehicle for on-site visits and rapid response.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety during shifts.
• Work a fixed rolling shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays.
