Job summary

Ward Security is hiring a Mobile Security Officer in High Wycombe to deliver rapid response and patrol duties across client sites. You will lock/unlock premises, monitor alarms, and provide clear incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence and an SIA Door Supervisor licence, with shift patterns including Sat/Sun days and Mon/Tue nights. Benefits include a company vehicle and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular foot patrols to deter incidents and protect client assets.
• Control access to premises and verify documentation for authentication.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms where provided and respond accordingly.
• Escort visitors within client sites when required.
• Submit detailed health, safety and incident reports to authorities or client records.
• Conduct routine searches of vehicles, buildings and persons per policy.
• Handle incidents and report them to the relevant authority as needed.
• Provide locking/unlocking services for client premises.
• Serve as a contact point for staff and visitors with information.
• Where requested, obtain first aid qualifications to meet policy requirements.
• Maintain logs of visitors, incidents and key movements.
