Job summary

The Keyholding Company is seeking a Mobile Security Officer (Car or Motorbike) to join our London Operations team. Based at Kennington SW9, you’ll be the first responder to alarm activations and emergencies, patrolling commercial and residential sites across London. Shifts are 4 on 4 off, 19:00-07:00.

You’ll operate a TKC vehicle with fuel card and mobile phone; SIA licence renewals are funded; pension, health scheme and ongoing training are provided to develop driving and security skills.

Qualifications

• SIA DS/SG licence required.
• Full UK driving licence (car) or motorbike licence; CBT considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm activations at properties.
• Conduct routine patrols and key checks.
• Perform mobile patrols, unlocks and lockups as needed.
• Learn and understand TKC range of products and services.

About the role

As a Mobile Security Officer, you'll be the first responder to our clients' sites, attending to specific requests, alarm activations, or emergencies. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of commercial and residential properties across London. You will be predominantly on the road but will be stationed and required to attend our office in Southwest London at the start of your shift.

Your responsibilities

• Responding to alarm activations at commercial and residential properties.
• Conducting routine property patrols and key checks.
• Performing mobile patrols, unlocks, and lockups as needed.
• Learning and understanding our range of products and services.
• Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Carrying out key audits and maintaining detailed records.

What we're looking for

• SIA DS/SG licence
• Full UK Driving licence (Car) OR Full UK motorbike licence (CBT licence holders considered).
• At least 2 years of driving/riding experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Good geographical knowledge of London.
• Forward-thinking, can-do attitude, able to work well under pressure.
