Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Catering Assistant to support our site teams in Newham, London. The role is term-time only with no weekends and is mobile-based, requiring your own transport. You will prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.

You will help ensure health and safety, food safety and environmental standards, supervise day-to-day location operations, manage inventories and budgets, and support action plans to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Term-time only role with no weekends.
• Mobile-based role requiring own transport.
• Experience in catering and food safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• To ensure that our locations meet statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation.
• To ensure Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.
• To support day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including inventories, budgets and action plans.
