Cardiff Council is seeking a Skilled Trade Operative (Roofer) to join the Responsive Repairs Unit. The role involves mobile working, coordinating with tenants, administrators and technical managers to deliver timely repairs with high-quality service.

Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry or Plastering, with roofing experience and excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is essential and the post is full-time permanent.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry or Plastering.
• Experience in roofing and construction or maintenance environment.
