Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is recruiting an experienced Mobile Residential Window Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team in the Nottingham NG2 area. You will travel to housing association locations to perform external window cleaning duties using a reach and wash system and traditional tools, with a fully financed company electric vehicle and charge card, plus a mobile phone.

This temporary-to-permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with weekly pay during

Qualifications

• UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Knowledge of window cleaning equipment and van operations.
• Familiarity with health and safety rules, including COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Travel to building locations within region to provide high/low level window cleaning using reach and wash and traditional tools.
• Clean windows to a high standard and maintain schedules for timely completion.
• Ensure PPE/uniforms are used and follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Conduct pressure washing and deep cleaning of allocated buildings; keep sites tidy.
• Maintain records of tasks, timesheets, materials, vehicles and equipment.

Pinnacle Group is recruiting an experienced Mobile Residential Window Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team and support one of the largest housing providers in the Nottingham NG2 area. This role comes with a fully financed company electric vehicle & charge card, plus a mobile phone.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve travelling to different housing association locations to perform external window cleaning duties. You will also be performing other cleaning duties such as jet washing, deep cleaning, bin areas, fasciasand guttering.

We are offering a temporary-to-permanent role at 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to monthly pay. With an immediate start

Key Responsibilities will include:

• To travel to various building locations within your region to deliver high/low-level window cleaning services using a reach and wash system and traditional window cleaning tools
• Ensure windows are cleaned to a high standard
• Arrange a window cleaning schedule for completion on time
• Ensure appropriate PPE/Uniforms are always used during working hours
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Pressure washing and deep cleaning of the allocated buildings
• Ensure that all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state.
• Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, timesheets, materials, vehicles and equipment.
• Reporting any damage or vandalism to Pinnacle Group premises or property to the Grounds Team Leader.
• Maintenance of vehicles and machinery, and reporting vehicle defects.

Key Skills will include:

• UK
• Manual Driver's licence essential
• Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and be able to demonstrate initiative
• Good knowledge of the use of the window cleaning kit and van
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures, including the knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH)
• Excellent customer liaison skills, together with a commitment to customer service.
• Confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
