Job summary

FMG RS in Falkirk is seeking a Mobile Bodyshop Technician to join our growing team. You will travel around Falkirk and surrounding areas, repairing customers' vehicles at their workplaces or homes, using state‑of‑the‑art Mercedes Sprinters fully equipped for on‑site repairs.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000 with uncapped bonuses (OTE), flexible hours, extensive training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in vehicle body repairs and refinishing.
• Strong understanding of paint systems, prep work, and finishing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a mobile/onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel around Falkirk and surrounding areas to perform repairs at customers' workplaces, homes, or approved sites.
• Use mobile workshop setup (Mercedes Sprinter) to complete repairs.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and safety standards on all jobs.
• Keep records of work performed and communicate progress to the central team.

FALKIRK Position: Mobile Bodyshop Technician - FALKIRK Salary: £45,000 Basic salary + Uncapped Bonus (realistic OTE) + Mercedes Sprinter Van + Flexible working hours + excellent benefits schemes. If you are a proven Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, Panel Technician, Panel Beater, SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician seeking the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you! We have an exciting opportunity for proven Bodyshop Professionals to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists as a Mobile Bodyshop Technician. If you can see yourself driving one of our state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinters which are fully kitted out with fully compliant repair capsules with a self-sufficient power source then this could be the job for you. You will be travelling around the Falkirk and surrounding area as part of a mobile repair team, completing repairs on customers’ cars at their workplaces, homes, and approved locations. NO COLD CALLING. All work is supplied in advance by a central team. Whether you want to develop in your current role or are hungry to learn new skills and take on greater responsibilities, we can help you build a personalised plan to give you the training and support you’re looking for. We have industry recognised training to keep you up to date with latest repair methods. Naturally, due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence.
