Are you a motivated, adaptable, and people-focused individual with a passion for retail and community impact? DEBRA is looking for a Mobile Relief Manager to support our charity shops across Falkirk, Queensferry, Stirling, and other locations throughout Scotland.

Location: Covering Falkirk, Queensferry, Stirling and other locations in Scotland
Contract: Full-Time, 35 hours per week (5 days over 7 days) , 6-months Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £24,733.80 per annum

DEBRA is the national charity supporting individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a rare and painful genetic skin condition. Our mission is to provide lifelong care and support while funding research to find a cure.

Your Role as Mobile Relief Manager

As a Mobile Relief Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shops by:

  • Providing management cover across multiple stores within the designated area.
  • Supporting shops with collegues absences, vacancies, or operational needs.
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating shop teams and volunteers.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and promoting DEBRA's values.
  • Supporting stock management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  • Promoting Gift Aid and encouraging community engagement.
  • Assisting with new shop openings and supporting the Area Manager with development initiatives.

What You will Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in retail management and operations – essential.
  • A confident communicator – able to engage with diverse teams, volunteers, and customers.
  • Adaptable and flexible – comfortable working in different locations and responding to changing needs.
  • Organised and proactive – able to manage time, prioritise tasks, and solve problems effectively.
  • Customer-focused – committed to delivering a positive and inclusive shopping experience.
  • Team-oriented – passionate about developing others and working collaboratively.
  • Numerate and IT-literate – confident using tills, stock systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • Charity retail experience and Gift Aid knowledge – desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential due to travel requirements.
