Job summary

Caterlink Ltd is hiring a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to provide cover for Portsmouth-area sites during term-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. The role is mobile-based and requires your own transport, with 30 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.

You will prepare, cook and present meals to required standards, supervise site operations, manage inventories and budgets, and help deliver high-quality food service to pupils and staff while supporting site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, and environmental compliance at all locations.
• Enhance Caterlink's reputation for food and service with clients and customers.
• Support day-to-day site operations including supervising teams, inventories, budgets, and action plans.
