Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is hiring a Commercial Service Engineer (Refrigeration/Air Con) to service, install and maintain specialist chillers for a leading manufacturer. You’ll receive a van, fuel card, door-to-door pay and extensive manufacturer training, with paid UK and international travel.

The role is based in Reading, Berkshire, covering a regional patch with some UK-wide travel; Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, with a generous OTE and annual bonus aligned to performance.

Qualifications

• F-gas qualified is required.
• Ability to service, install and maintain specialist chillers.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, install and maintain specialist equipment and chillers.
• Provide manufacturer-led training to become an expert.
• Travel regionally with UK-wide and international travel.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, door-to-door pay with van/fuel card.
