Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a QHSE Business Partner to support Vantage and JV Price divisions. You will work across mobile sites to promote safe delivery of industrial and window cleaning contracts, advising leadership and frontline teams on risks, safety practices and continuous improvement.

The role is hands-on, offering practical guidance in offices and on customer sites, shaping safe working environments and contributing to wider business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QHSE role within FM, engineering, infra or similar.
• Knowledge of safety legislation and multi-site environments.
• Willingness to pursue TR19 and related training.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary QHSE partner to MDs and leadership on QHSE matters.
• Support ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 compliance across sites.
• Review practices with operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement health and safety strategies and policies.
• Deliver training on health, safety and environmental responsibilities.
• Record incidents and report trends to senior leadership.
• Produce QHSE data and reports to inform decisions.
