Job summary
Speedy Hire is hiring a Mobile Powered Access Engineer for the Warrington area. You will service, maintain and repair powered access equipment at customer sites, diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults, and attending breakdowns with a focus on safety and reliability.
Experience in powered access or related engineering is essential, with a full UK driving licence. Training and progression opportunities, plus a competitive salary and benefits package, are offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in Powered Access, Plant or a similar engineering environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CAP registration would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing powered access equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
- Attending breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance.
- Working with leading brands including Genie, JLG, Skyjack and Niftylift.
- Keeping equipment safe, reliable and ready for action.
