Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plumbing and Drainage Engineer to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working around Cumbria.

The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing background and hold qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.

The role involves working as part of a team at various retail sites in the region, undertaking a range of plumbing duties, including planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing and drainage, primarily over-ground plumbing and sanitary ware.

Responsibilities:

• Support other technicians with maintenance work.
• Complete all PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules accurately and on time.
• Prioritize and complete minor maintenance and repairs within agreed timescales.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are available and in good condition.
• Attend other sites within the cluster as required.
• Maintain quality standards and represent the company professionally.
• Follow specific KPIs and update the Mercury system accurately.

Qualifications:

NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
