Mobile Plumber – Central London – £45,000 + Overtime

Location: Central London

Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

PRS is actively seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance efficiently
2. Carry out basin & tap replacements and general plumbing works
3. Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, hot & cold water maintenance
4. Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and risers
5. Handle minor fabric works (e.g., fixing broken doors/locks)
6. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
2. Previous commercial maintenance experience
3. Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
4. Ability to participate in an on-call rota
5. Strong customer service skills for a corporate client-facing environment
