Job summary

BGIS UK & Europe is seeking a Mobile Service Technician (Engineer) to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant across London & South East. You will ensure safe working practices, manage sub-contractors, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires operation of Maximo CMMS, adherence to Permit to Work and LOTO procedures, and proactive condition monitoring via BMS to sustain optimal environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of M&E plant.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Willingness to work in a facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance to mechanical & electrical plant.
• Complete reactive maintenance tasks and identify improvements.
• Manage sub-contractors and ensure safe operation on site.
