About The Role

Location: Arkwright IVC, Chesterfield, Derbyshire

• Salary: £13.51 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with overtime as required
• Overtime at x1.5 on Saturdays, x2 on Sundays & Bank Holidays (not guaranteed)
• Full PPE provided
• SUEZ company

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Site Team Leader or Site Manager
• Operate and maintain mobile plant safely
• Maintain a tidy site, perform general cleaning, routine maintenance, and daily equipment checks
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements
• Cooperate with team and adhere to policies and procedures
• Perform any other reasonable duties within the scope of the role

Requirements

• Enthusiastic team player
• Experience with processing plants and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Flexible approach to work and hours
• Experience operating mobile plant (front end loader) essential
• Licensed operator advantageous but not essential
• Willing to undertake training and occasional travel
