PlantLink Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter for a well-established construction plant company covering the Gravesend area. You will diagnose faults, attend breakdowns and undertake servicing and repairs on a range of heavy construction plant equipment to keep machinery operational.

The role offers £55,000–£65,000 per year, overtime at 1.5x, a company van, pension, and competitive annual leave with good career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or repairing construction plant machinery.
• Good mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on heavy construction plant equipment.
• Attend breakdowns and carry out servicing and repairs.
