Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is actively seeking a Junior Plant Fitter (Mobile) based in the High Wycombe area. You will travel in a provided van to service and maintain a range of specialist plant equipment across the South, with in-house training to develop your skills.

The role offers a clear path for training and progression, with overtime available and a potential 55k OTE plus a 5% bonus, together with 32 days holiday and private healthcare. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fitting or maintenance on machinery or industrial equipment.
• Electrical experience is advantageous.
• In-house training provided to broaden skill set.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain specialist plant equipment.
• Provide field service across the South with a company vehicle.
• Participate in in-house training programs.
