Qualifications

• Experience of heavy plant equipment is essential.
• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar required.
• Experienced or qualification in welding/fabricating desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and proactive maintenance of heavy plant equipment.
• Attending breakdowns and repairs.
• Covering 6 production plants across South Yorkshire.

The role

• Covering 6 Production Plants across the South Yorkshire region
• Preventative and Proactive maintenance of heavy plant equipment
• Working on motors, gearboxes, bearings, air systems, rollers, belting and conveyor systems
• Welding and fabricating
• Attending breakdowns, repairs, and PPM's
• Mon-Fri approx 7-5

What you need

• Either apprentice trained or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience of heavy plant equipment
• Experience of motors, gearboxes, bearings, air systems, rollers, belting and conveyor systems
• Experienced or qualification in welding/ fabricating
• Full driving licence
